Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HKMA/SFC regulations and expectations in Hong Kong.
• Experience in transaction surveillance or business controls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance reviews and monitor investment transactions for risks and regulatory compliance.
• Develop advanced surveillance methodologies and sampling techniques.
• Prepare surveillance reports communicating findings and recommendations to leadership.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and conducting surveillance reviews on investment transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
