Job summary

Luk Fook Group is seeking a BI/Data Warehouse professional to translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable BI architectures. You will design, develop, test and deploy enterprise BI solutions and reporting platforms to support daily operations and strategic insights.

Responsibilities include maintaining analytics platforms, developing data structures, and creating visualisations and reports for ad-hoc and project-based requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
• 1 year of experience in BI or data warehouse projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data warehouse design, dimensional modeling and data mining.
• Experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle, OLAP concepts and ETL frameworks.
• Hands-on with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and Copilot.

• Design, develop, test and deploy enterprise BI solutions and reporting platforms
• Maintain, monitor and support core data analytics platforms for daily business operations
• Develop custom utilities and data structures to standardise and optimise data storage
• Perform unit testing, system validation, troubleshooting and technical issue resolution
• Conduct regular system reviews to evaluate, refine and optimise existing BI architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and data consistency
• Write, execute and optimise complex database queries to support business data analysis
• Create professional data visualisations and custom reports to fulfil ad-hoc and project-based requests
• Compile, organise and continuously update accurate technical documentation

Job Requirements

• Qualifications Requirement: Degree
• Experience Requirement: 1 Year
• Others: Relevant working experience in BI or data warehouse projects is preferred
• Solid practical experience in data warehouse design, dimensional modelling and data mining
• In-depth understanding of database management systems, including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, OLAP concepts and industry-standard ETL frameworks
• Hands-on experience with modern AI and BI tools: Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and Copilot
• Proficient in SQL development, SSRS and SSIS
• Self-motivated with strong initiative and innovative problem-solving mindset
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver business insights
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related disciplines
