Job description

• Strategic Business Analysis: Conduct comprehensive business analysis leveraging both internal and external data to provide actionable insights that support strategic, tactical, and operational decision-making across the company.
• Business Health Evaluation: Design and implement business evaluation frameworks, KPIs, and core process-monitoring metrics to assess the health of business models. Continuously track and analyze these metrics to provide objective evaluations of business performance, deliver expert recommendations for business development, and drive their execution.
• Competitive Intelligence & Market Research: Gather market, industry, and competitor intelligence across multiple channels. Build and continuously refine tracking frameworks for market trends and competitive landscapes. Conduct end-to-end analysis—from macro trends to micro-level strategies, core competencies, product experiences, user behavior, and marketing tactics—to identify growth opportunities, provide professional advice to business teams, and ensure successful implementation.
• Data Product Development: Translate proven analytical frameworks and methodologies into clear requirements for data products. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., technical development) to drive the development and rollout of these data products.
• Data-Driven Operations: Partner with relevant teams on data modeling and rapid iteration to promote and embed data-driven operations within business units.
• Data Literacy Empowerment: Co-organize and facilitate training sessions on data technologies, product concepts, analytical skills, and tools to elevate data literacy and capabilities across the organization.

Job Requirements:

• 1. Experience: 10+ years of experience in data analysis and business decision-making, with a strong background in industries such as Payments, E-commerce, FinTech, or Data Consulting.
• Leadership: 2+ years of proven team management and leadership experience.
• Language: Listening proficiency in Mandarin is required (Note: Able to understand spoken Mandarin to effectively communicate with mainland teams).
• Cutting-Edge Expertise: Deep understanding of industry-leading data solutions (e.g., Business Decision Engines, Competitive Intelligence, AI, Data Warehousing, Data Products, Recommendation Systems). Must have successful, large-scale implementation experience in at least two of these domains.
• Communication & Reporting: Strong ability to independently draft comprehensive business data analysis reports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact efficiently with business and operations teams.
• Technical Skills: Highly proficient in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with data analysis languages (Python, R, SAS), data visualization tools (Tableau), and Big Data ecosystems (ETL, Hive, HQL). Experience with A/B testing design and execution is highly preferred.
• AI Application: Adept at fast-learning and applying the latest AI tools, with hands-on experience utilizing AI to drive and enhance data analysis workflows.
