Job summary

Don Nelson Technology Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Analyst to design and deploy analytical models and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI. You will investigate diverse datasets, build features, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for business growth and risk mitigation.

Lead end-to-end BI initiatives, stay current with Fabric and Power BI, and collaborate with data engineering and governance teams to meet deadlines and deliver impactful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in data analysis or business intelligence, with strong knowledge of business processes and data needs.
• Solid foundation in statistics and familiarity with predictive, prescriptive, and machine learning techniques.
• Skilled in SQL, Python, and/or R for data extraction, cleaning, and transformation.
• Experience with forecasting and predictive modeling (time-series, regression, machine learning) is advantageous but not essential.
• Expertise in building and maintaining advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Ability to analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that guide strategic decisions.
• Strong background in data modeling and analytical methods, with the ability to define and interpret key business drivers.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects end-to-end, showing leadership and teamwork.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful data products as a data analyst.
• Skilled at navigating complex environments and achieving results through stakeholder collaboration.
• Energetic, proactive, adaptable problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and remains organized and flexible.
