Trinity Search Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced derivatives professional to drive market development and client management for institutional clients.
You will promote cross-border derivatives activity, collaborate with multiple departments to integrate derivatives into asset allocation and risk management, and monitor market trends to drive growth. Fluency in Chinese and English is required.
Job Responsibilities
1. Drive market development and client relationship management for the derivatives business, with a primary focus on institutional clients.
2. In alignment with the company's strategy, promote the development and execution of cross-border derivatives business, including but not limited to cross-border swaps, options, and structured products.
3. Collaborate with investment banking, asset management, and other departments to facilitate the integration of derivatives into asset allocation, risk management, and product innovation.
4. Monitor derivatives market trends, formulate business development strategies, and drive growth in business scale and revenue.
5. Perform other duties assigned by the company.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines preferred.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience, with preference for candidates possessing financial institution experience or derivatives-related project experience; exposure to international financial institutions or cross-border business is preferred.
3. Cross-border business acumen with a solid understanding of international financial markets and derivatives; strong capabilities in market analysis, client communication, and business negotiation.
4. Highly self-motivated and resilient under pressure, with strong learning agility and adaptability; capable of working efficiently in multicultural environments.
5. Fluent in both Chinese and English as working languages.
