Job summary

Baguio Green Group Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Business Development professional to expand the waste management business. You will drive sales, build client relationships, and prepare proposals and contracts for new and existing clients.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills, fluency in English and Chinese, and a professional appearance. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experienced candidates may be considered for a more senior role.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma holder or above in any discipline.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Business Development Officer.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities to expand the current waste management business.
• Responsible for sales activity and performance, as well as achieving the department's financial targets.
• Build strong relationships with clients, handle their inquiries, and facilitate deal closures.
• Prepare business proposals, contracts, and sales documents for clients.
• Promote the department's business through advertising, business pitching, networking events, etc.
• Ensure business strategies align with the company's overall development direction.
