Job summary

Clarrow in Hong Kong is seeking a Business Analyst (Data) / BI Delivery Lead to join a high-impact data transformation programme. You will bridge business needs and technical delivery, translating requirements into reporting solutions and guiding build teams.

You will standardise KPIs across the programme, work with mid-senior stakeholders, and bring structure and problem-solving to a fast-moving, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, BI delivery, or analytics solution design.
• Confidence engaging business stakeholders at mid to senior level.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to accelerate progress from existing work.
• End-to-end thinking, with enough technical understanding to bridge business and data delivery effectively.
• Reasonable understanding of core POS functionality is preferred.
