This is a structured internship programme designed for 2027 graduating students who aspire to build a long-term career in the financial industry. You will be trained and mentored by experienced managers, with a clear path to a full-time return offer and leadership development.

Provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients, including risk management, investment planning, wealth management, and retirement planning

Conduct needs-based analysis to tailor solutions for high-net-worth individuals and families

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Analyze portfolios, financial data, and market trends to generate insights and support advisory decisions

Participate in a structured fast-track programme to develop into managerial roles

Commit to continuous learning — participate in structured training across financial products, planning tools, and client development
