Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear requirements for regulatory and financial initiatives. You will work with users, IT teams, and offshore developers to document workflows and specifications.

The role covers testing lifecycles, UAT, data analysis, and delivering system enhancements to meet regulatory requirements, with a focus on finance transformation and insurance processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in insurance and financial services.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Strong Excel skills; SQL knowledge for data extraction and validation is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise between business and technical teams.
