Qualifications

• Degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, IT project delivery or digital transformation.
• Certification in business analysis, project management or Agile / Scrum methodology.
• Experience in requirements management, Agile delivery, testing and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Engage business and technical stakeholders to analyze and document requirements; translate needs into user stories and processes.
• Prepare test plans, test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Support lifecycle management of AI solutions, including enhancement planning.
• Maintain project status and financial reporting.
• Prepare Steering Committee materials and other project documents.
• Monitor scope, schedule, dependencies, risks and actions.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability among requirements, user stories, test cases, defects, releases and approvals.
• Act as liaison among Business Users, Product Owners, Development Teams, Vendors and Support teams.
• Agile Delivery and Scrum Coordination.

Business Analyst (Digital Transformation)

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Business Analyst (AI and Digital Transformation) to support the delivery of AI and digital transformation projects across business and technology domains. The Ideal Candidate

• Degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, IT project delivery or digital transformation
• Certification in business analysis, project management or Agile / Scrum methodology
• Experience in requirements management, Agile delivery, testing and stakeholder coordination
• Sound knowledge of business requirements analysis, process improvement, product delivery and change adoption
• Ability to identify business opportunities and translate them into technology solutions
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards, Jira, or equivalent tools
• Ability to prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, test plans, test cases, defect logs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
