Argyll Scott is seeking a Business Analyst to support claims platform enhancement and transformation initiatives. The role involves partnering with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver effective solutions across claims operations.

The successful candidate will document BRDs and user stories, conduct stakeholder discussions, and assist in UAT planning and defect resolution, while collaborating with vendors and IT teams to implement system

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Business Analyst or project experience, preferably within insurance.
• Good understanding of insurance products and claims operations.
• Experience in requirements gathering, BRD preparation and process analysis.
• Exposure to system enhancement, transformation or process improvement projects.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; JIRA is an advantage.

Requirements
