Job summary

Wangfoong Transportation Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a capable business analyst to learn and optimize existing operations, review processes, and implement workflow improvements across maritime logistics.

You will analyze cargo data, coordinate with IT for requirements and testing, and travel to China offices as needed. The role requires strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, plus fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Maritime Studies, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the maritime logistics, shipping sectors.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with proficiency in data tools such as MS Excel, SQL, etc.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple project deadlines
• Strong communication skills to help staff to adapt to new workflow
• Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Require frequent travel to China offices
• Ability to work independently
• Team player, reliable, confident, energetic and tolerant to stress
