Job summary

Nityo Infotech seeks a Business Analyst IT Level II with 3+ years of solid BA experience, preferably in the insurance sector. You will gather and clarify requirements and drive them through to implementation, working with business stakeholders and IT teams across locations.

Responsibilities include BRD documentation, cost-benefit analysis where needed, and collaboration with developers and testers, including teams in China. A technical degree is preferred for this role.

We are looking for a Business Analyst IT Level II with 3+ years of solid Business Analysis experience, ideally within the insurance industry. The role will support enhancements and integration of sales tools, backend support systems, new business systems, and underwriting applications. The Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, testers, and technical teams in China to gather and drive requirements through to implementation.

• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from key stakeholders.

2. Documentation & Solution Support

• Prepare and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and related documentation.
• Support the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and functional support of applications.
• Assist with cost-benefit and ROI analysis where required.

3. Cross-Functional Project Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with developers and testers, particularly teams based in China.
• Support projects related to sales tools, new business, and underwriting systems.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure technology solutions meet business needs.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as:

• Related technical discipline
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
