Job summary

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to coordinate with subcontractors and liaise with clients, architects and consultants on all BS/E&M matters on site.

Applicants should hold a degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering and have at least 10 years post-qualification experience in managing large-scale multi-discipline BS/E&M projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in managing large scale multi-discipline BS / E&M projects.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Services Manager.
