Job summary

Hytech is seeking a high-caliber Project Manager / Business Operations Lead to support the growth and operational management of our Hong Kong office and market making business. This is a true builder role in fast-moving environments, coordinating complex stakeholders and driving initiatives from 0 to 1.

You will work closely with senior leadership, trading, risk, operations, liquidity, and external institutional partners to drive execution across strategic initiatives and continuously improve

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working experience in project management, business operations, strategy, or related functions.
• Experience in finance, trading, quantitative trading, crypto, or market making environments is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese as working languages.
• Open to short-term business travel.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational management of the Hong Kong office and related business functions.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives across trading, risk, operations, and technology teams.
• Coordinate resources, track key projects, and ensure smooth execution of strategic priorities.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and continuously optimize internal workflows and processes.
• Coordinate with external market making firms, exchanges, liquidity providers, and institutional partners.
• Support day-to-day market making related operations and business coordination.
• Act as a key communication bridge between internal stakeholders and external partners.
