We are looking for a high-caliber Project Manager / Business Operations Lead to support the growth and operational management of our Hong Kong office and market making business.

This is not a traditional PM role. We are looking for a true builder — someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, can drive initiatives from 0 to 1, navigate ambiguity, coordinate complex stakeholders, and continuously improve how the business operates.

You will work closely with senior leadership, trading, risk, operations, liquidity, and external institutional partners, playing a key role in driving execution across strategic business initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Business & Operational Management

• Support the operational management of the Hong Kong office and related business functions


• Drive cross-functional initiatives across trading, risk, operations, and technology teams


• Coordinate resources, track key projects, and ensure smooth execution of strategic priorities


• Identify operational bottlenecks and continuously optimize internal workflows and processes

Market Making & Institutional Business Support

• Coordinate with external market making firms, exchanges, liquidity providers, and institutional partners


• Support day-to-day market making related operations and business coordination


• Help establish scalable operational frameworks and management processes for the business


• Act as a key communication bridge between internal stakeholders and external partners

Strategic Execution & Problem Solving

• Drive initiatives independently with strong ownership and execution capability


• Build structure and clarity in highly dynamic and fast-changing environments


• Identify root causes, solve operational challenges, and improve organizational efficiency

What We’re Looking For
