Job summary

WSP in Asia is seeking a senior leader in Hong Kong to steer the Bridge discipline within Transport & Infrastructure. You will guide the bridge team, shape strategy, and strengthen relationships with major clients and government bodies.

The role demands strong commercial acumen, delivery excellence, and the ability to lead and develop senior engineers while expanding WSP’s influence in the infrastructure sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven leadership in Civil/Structural engineering consultancy.
• Strong experience delivering bridge infrastructure projects.
• Track record in business development and client leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of bridge-focused business strategies and growth plans.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership for bridge projects and teams.
• Manage financial performance, revenue growth, margins, and risk.
• Represent WSP externally with clients, authorities, and partners.
• Develop leaders, mentor engineers, and drive high performance.
