Position Summary
WSPAsiacurrently has an opportunity for a leadership role within Transport & Infrastructure business in Hong Kongwith a focus on Bridge disciplines.
This role is a key leadership position responsible for leading thebridgeteam, driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, andrepresentingWSP externally with major clients, government authorities, and industry stakeholders.
To provide strategic, commercial, and technical leadership for thebridgebusiness,ensuringstrong performanceacross:

Responsibilities
Business & Financial Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of business strategies and growth plans for thebridgeteam.
- Provide leadership and direction to teams deliveringbridgeprojects
- Be accountable for the financial performance of the business, including revenue growth, margins, and delivery quality.
- Identifyand capitalise on market opportunities to expand WSP’s presence and influence in the infrastructure sector.
Client & External Representation
- Act as a senior representative of WSP in client meetings, project steering groups, statutory engagements, and industry forums.
- Build andmaintainstrong, long‑term relationships with key clients, government bodies, and strategic partners.
- Lead or support major bids, proposals, and negotiations, ensuring strong commercial positioning and risk management.
- Enhance WSP’s reputation as a trusted leader inBridge infrastructure projects
Operations & Project Delivery
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of thebridgeteam, ensuring alignment with corporate governance, policies, and procedures.
- Be accountable for the delivery of projects, including quality, safety, programme, resources, and commercial performance.
- Ensure effective risk management across proposals, projects, and resourcing decisions.
- Drive consistent application of operational excellence, technical standards, and compliance requirements.
People & Leadership
- Provide strong, visible leadership to build and sustain a high‑performingbridgeteam.
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior engineers and emerging leaders within the team.
- Ensure compliance with all people management policies, legal, and statutory obligations.
- Drive engagement, retention, and talent attraction, ensuring the team is well‑resourced and future‑ready.
- Set clearobjectivesand performance expectations, providingtimelyfeedback and fair performance evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degreeor abovein Civil Engineering, StructuralEngineeringor related discipline.
- Significant leadership experience within a Civil / Structural engineering or consultancy environment.
- Proven WSPtrack recordin delivering Future Ready projects, with specific examples of change management.
- High‑potential candidates with a strongtrack recordof progression, client leadership, and business impact will be considered.
- Strong technical background in Bridge infrastructure projects.
- Proventrack recordin business development, client management, and revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior‑level clients and stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen with a history of delivering sound financial results.
- Reputation for integrity, sound judgment, and responsible risk‑taking.
- Willing to travel asrequiredto support client, project, and business needs.
