Job summary

CLFMI Hong Kong Limited is seeking a marketing professional to support brand awareness, customer acquisition and leasing performance through effective marketing execution, digital content management, and campaign coordination.

You will assist in developing campaigns, manage social media and website content, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless campaign delivery. Proficiency in English and Mandarin with familiarity in mainland China markets is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma holder in Marketing, Communications, e-Commerce or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of marketing, hospitality, property, student accommodation, serviced residence, leasing support or a similar field.
• Strong execution ability, attention to detail and capability to work under pressure and deadlines.
• Proficient in social media management, particularly platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin and YouTube.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, English and Mandarin; Cantonese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing plans, campaigns, promotions and events to enhance brand visibility and demand generation.
• Manage and update social media platforms and website content to improve customer engagement, enquiry conversion and brand consistency.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, agencies and partners for marketing materials, campaign logistics, event setup and post-campaign follow-up.
• Leverage AI tools and digital technologies to support creative concepts, content drafting, visual ideas and campaign proposals.
• Support the Leasing Team in customer engagement through online and offline channels, including enquiries, marketing collateral and sales-support materials.
• Conduct market research, competitor monitoring, customer trend review and performance tracking for marketing activities.
• Maintain the marketing calendar, content library, photo/video assets, campaign records and basic reporting documents.
• Assist in tracking marketing expenditures, purchase requests, quotations and invoice follow-up to support budget control and administrative compliance.
