Job summary

Linkwise Technology Pte Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a senior project leader to guide multi-disciplinary teams through all project stages, defining scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with client expectations.

You will develop and implement execution plans, oversee planning, budgets, and resources, supervise engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities, and serve as the main contact for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), or Automation required.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA system, PLC, and HMI.
• Experience with Modbus RTU/Modbus TCP and SNMP.
• Proficiency in networking and databases (SQL, PostGreSQL, MySQL).
• Understanding of electrical circuits and wiring.
• Preferably 4-5 years of relevant experience.

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams throughout all project phases, defining scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with organizational objectives and client expectations.
• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive project execution plans to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee detailed project planning, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and milestones; supervise engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders, managing expectations and fostering long-term professional relationships.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients, contractors, and partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team comprising engineers, programmers, and subcontractors; allocate resources efficiently and promote a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring adherence to QA/QC processes.
• Monitor project KPIs and conduct post-project evaluations to drive ongoing process improvements.
• Review and approve system architecture, network design, and technical submissions for systems including BMS/EMS, Alarm/Notification, SCADA/PLC, and IoT remote monitoring.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and propose innovative integration solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), or Automation.
• Strong Knowledge of SCADA system, PLC, HMI
• Strong Knowledge in communication protocol such as Modbus RTU/Modbus TCP, SNMP, etc.
• Strong Knowledge of networking and database (SQL,PostGreSQl,MySQL).
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuit and wiring.
• Preferably 4-5 years of relevant experience.
