Job summary

King Deux Search & Consulting is working with a multinational pharmaceutical company in Hong Kong to recruit an experienced Product Manager. You will lead strategic development and commercial success for one or more pharma products, coordinating with R&D, marketing, sales and regulatory teams to align with business goals and patient needs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharma/biotech product management, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven track record of launching

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech product management, marketing, or strategy.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and growing pharmaceutical products.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret market data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to present to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Familiarity with drug development, regulatory and commercial processes.
• Experience with product lifecycle management, forecasting and business planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic product plan, including defining the product vision, value proposition, and target markets
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks
• Work with marketing to create compelling product messaging, promotional materials, and launch strategies
• Partner with the sales team to provide product training and support for field representatives
• Monitor product performance metrics and identify areas for optimization or new initiatives
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and business cases to support product investment decisions
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities
• Communicate progress and recommend actions to the cross-functional leadership team
