Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program seeks a university student or recent graduate to assist recruiting for tech roles and coordinate interview processes. You will manage postings on LinkedIn and internal ATS, communicate with candidates, and help build market insights for hiring strategies.

Work arrangements include remote options and collaboration with international partners. The role offers exposure to branding projects and continuous learning in a fast-paced crypto ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy; internship is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles
• Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards)
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever)
• Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies
• Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects
• Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings
• Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations

• Comfortable working in an international and tech-driven environment
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
