Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is an internship designed for Early Career talent to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing Web3 space. You’ll work within the Central Product Team to understand what goes on behind Binance’s ecosystem and contribute to data-driven trading insights and product strategies.

Current university students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. The program emphasizes networking, development, and transferable skills to propel your career in crypto.

Qualifications

• Understanding of trading data; stock or crypto trading knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills in data analysis, user insights and BI.
• Experience in statistics, user research, data analysis, project management, or product management preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Ability to generate actionable insights on user experience and behavior.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data-driven trading insights and user experiences to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Analyze trading and user data to identify trends and propose product feature enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, marketing, compliance, and other cross-functional teams to execute product strategies.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and drive continuous optimization.
• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
