Job summary

Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem with a mission to increase financial access worldwide. This role focuses on following up leads from multiple channels and developing relationships with VIP and institutional clients, including quant trading teams and asset managers.

You will track client activity, collaborate with internal teams for tailored solutions, and use AI tools to enhance research, outreach, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of financial markets.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners.
• Proficiency with AI tools; programming skills or vibe-coding experience helpful.
• Analytical mindset; able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in content creation, community operations, or student organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads from company channels, partners, industry events, and social media, and convert them into business outcomes
• Develop and serve VIP and institutional clients, including quant trading teams, hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals, building long‑term trust relationships
• Track clients' trading activity, engagement, and evolving needs, and work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Plan and execute client events, then organize and follow up on the leads they generate
• Research macro trends, industry developments, and competitor activity, and turn them into insights that support business development
• Apply AI tools across the sales process, including client research, lead generation, outreach drafting, data analysis, and reporting, and proactively explore AI automation to improve personal and team productivity
