Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship designed for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in digital assets and AI product initiatives, from concept to launch with mentorship.

Current university students and recent graduates who are bilingual in Chinese and English are encouraged to apply. Terms of engagement depend on local laws; this program offers networking, skill development, and growth opportunities within Binance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Finance or Computer Science (or related); senior undergrad or graduate students preferred.
• Fully bilingual in Chinese and English — able to write memos, emails, and meeting notes independently in both languages.
• Hands-on trading or on-chain experience preferred — able to articulate what you've used and the reasoning behind decisions.
• Active interest and hands-on exploration in AI, with demonstrable projects, demos, or writing.

Responsibilities

• AI Products: work on company-level AI initiatives from concept to launch.
• Defi (Stablecoin) Products: track market trends and contribute to product design and PRDs.
• Cross-Functional Project Management: coordinate across multiple parallel workstreams.
• Decision Support: produce bilingual materials and insights for business decisions.
• Use AI tools daily to scale personal output.

Responsibilities

• 1. AI Products: Work as a core member on company-level AI initiatives, from concept to launch — covering industry research, product definition, prototype review, user testing, and post-launch data analysis.
• 2. Defi (Stablecoin) Products: Track market trends, leading competitors, and on-chain data; produce decision-ready research memos. Contribute to product design, write PRDs, follow projects through development and launch, and support early-stage ecosystem partnership conversations.
• 3. Cross-Functional Proeject Management: Act as a key coordinator across multiple parallel workstreams — driving alignment on goals, pacing, and risks to keep complex projects on track.
• 4. Decision Support: Help produce internal and external materials, bilingual (CN/EN) writing and translation, and industry/data insights that feed directly into business decisions.
• 5. Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.) as a daily working habit to scale personal output.

Requirements

• 1. Currently enrolled in Finance or Computer Science (or related); senior undergrad or graduate students preferred. Dual-degree (Finance + CS / AI) is a plus.
• 2. Fully bilingual in Chinese and English — able to write memos, emails, and meeting notes independently in both languages and switch fluently in bilingual settings.
• 3. Genuine interest and basic understanding. Hands-on trading or on-chain experience preferred — able to clearly articulate what you've used and the reasoning behind your decisions.
• 4. Active interest and hands-on exploration in AI, with demonstrable personal projects, demos, writing, or GitHub work. Background in HCI or big-data analytics is a plus.
• 5. Self-directed and structured — able to break down ambiguous problems and move forward independently, with consistent output in a fast-paced environment.
• 6. Strong communication and coordination skills — able to keep information and progress flowing across multiple teams.

Nice to Have

• 1. Entrepreneurial experience, leadership in student organizations, or large-scale event coordination.
• 2. Prior internships at top tech companies, financial institutions, or Web3 projects.
• 3. Public research or writing output (industry reports, in-depth posts, newsletters, etc.).
• 4. Your own perspective on the Defi space or major crypto products.
