We are looking for a proactive early‑career talent to join the Binance Academy team. The role focuses on building long‑term partnerships with student organizations and universities, executing outreach activities and communication strategies on blockchain and crypto, and developing web3 courses to facilitate crypto adoption across global schools.

Responsibilities

• Support university outreach strategies and organize campus activities in close collaboration with local Binance teams worldwide.
• Develop and maintain long‑term strategic relationships with students and university contacts to promote Binance brand and student opportunities across networks.
• Organize and coordinate activations such as workshops or hackathons in partnership with other Binance departments and business units.
• Reach out to schools, institutions, and student clubs to promote courses and educate learners.
• Support the development of internal and external crypto, blockchain, and web3 educational programs.

Requirements

• Exceptional organization and communication skills.
• Strong communication and copywriting abilities.
• Self‑directed and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in the web3/crypto space or as part of a university club/society is a strong plus; key involvement in organization preferred.
• Interest in the crypto space and understanding of basic terminology and concepts.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
