Job summary

Konwo Modular House Limited is seeking a BIM Specialist to create, manage, and integrate detailed BIM models for modular housing in Hong Kong. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate models, clash-free deliverables, and timely project progression.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM authoring tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and basic IFC, COBie, and OpenBIM concepts.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin for cross-functional collaboration and client coordination.
• No formal academic degree required; candidates with vocational training, self-taught expertise, or portfolio-based experience in BIM modeling are welcome.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong building regulations, construction practices, and modular housing systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong under one of the listed permits or visas.

Responsibilities
