Job summary

CR Construction Company in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to join our project teams. You will produce 3D Architectural, Structural and MEP BIM models and perform clash analyses to support design coordination.

You will also conduct 4D construction simulations, 2D CSD/CBWD production, and provide walkthroughs and presentations, reporting to PM, BIM Manager, SBSE. Candidates should have at least 2 years' BIM experience.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years’ experience in BIM modeling for Building Construction Projects.
• Good knowledge and experience in BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks.
• Experienced in 3D Architectural, Structural and MEP BIM model production.
