Job summary

Far East Facade (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a skilled BIM professional to develop and modify BIM models for façade and curtain wall projects. You will support BIM applications on site and help the operations team with BIM-related tasks.

You will maintain standard templates and object libraries, coordinating with multiple project stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy across designs and construction workflows. Proactive communication and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Structural Engineering/Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years BIM modeling experience.
• Experience in façade and curtain wall industry is definitely an advantage.
• Familiar with Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and other BIM software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• 5-day work week.
