Job summary

Intertek Greater China is seeking a Client Services Executive to provide B2B services to major toy, juvenile products and consumer brands, coordinating between clients and internal teams to safeguard product quality.

An excellent career path in a listed multinational, handling client inquiries, monitoring testing projects, and supporting ad hoc tasks. Degree or Higher Diploma required; fluent Japanese (N2+), English and Mandarin; fresh grads welcome; immediate availability advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree / High Diploma holder in any discipline.
• Competent in spoken and written Japanese (N2 or above), English and Mandarin.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fresh graduates welcome; immediate availability advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide B2B services to clients who are top brands of toys, juvenile products and consumer goods about product quality.
• Coordinate between external clients and internal technical colleagues to monitor testing projects and related events.
• Handle client inquiries and support ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
