• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Provide B2B services to clients on product quality for toys, juvenile products and consumer goods.
• Coordinate between external clients and internal technical colleagues to monitor testing projects.
• Handle client enquiries and ensure timely responses.
• Assist in ad hoc tasks and support project progression.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
