Elene Beauty in Hong Kong is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead and motivate the boutique team. You will guide new Beauty Advisors, oversee daily store operations, roster planning, coaching, and ensure merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the Beauty Industry is a PLUS
• Supervisory experience in managing a team is preferred
• Proven sales track record
• Independent, possess initiative and optimistic
• Beauty industry exposure or knowledge of basic skin care (translated)
• Solid sales and management abilities (translated)

• Maintains good conduct, complies with instructions, policies and regulations

• Accountable for cash till and shop opening and closing
• Housekeeping of store and admin (Paperwork)
