Leading Nation is seeking a Chef de Partie / Demi Chef for The Diplomat in Hong Kong. You will deliver high-quality bar dishes that pair with our cocktail program, while upholding Leading Nation’s standards.

We value seasoned cooks for high-volume service, teamwork, and a passion for hospitality. The role requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a dynamic bar/kitchen setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, or equivalent in a busy restaurant, bar, or gastropub setting.
• Strong skills in American/European comfort food, grill work, and high-volume service
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and composure
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and late nights
• Good team player with a positive, professional attitude

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard across assigned stations
• Execute the pub grub and bar snacks menu with consistency, speed, and attention to detail during busy service
• Support mise en place, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation
• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume bar environment with late-night service
