Leading Nation HK Limited is seeking a Chef de Partie / Demi Chef for The Diplomat in Hong Kong. You will deliver high-quality bar food that pairs with cocktails, maintain standards, and support a fast-paced kitchen in a multi-brand hospitality group.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience at busy venues, strengths in American/European comfort foods, and the ability to work evenings and late nights. The role offers annual leave, various leaves, and a salary reviewed on performance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, or equivalent in a busy restaurant, bar, or gastropub setting.
• Strong skills in American/European comfort food, grill work, and high-volume service.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and composure.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard across assigned stations
• Execute the pub grub and bar snacks menu with consistency, speed, and attention to detail during busy service
• Support mise en place, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation
• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards
