The Arca is seeking a Banquet Captain to coordinate and support banquet events, ensuring smooth operations and high guest satisfaction. You will serve guests, handle inquiries, and work with multiple departments to deliver efficient events.

The role requires a diploma or vocational certificate and at least 1 year banquet experience in hotels or catering. Strong English, Chinese, and Mandarin, leadership, and teamwork are essential; flexible schedules, and ability to train casual staff.

Qualifications

• Holder of diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• Minimum 1 year banquet experience in hotel industry, renowned catering company or club.
• Self-motivated and responsible and willing to take up flexible work schedules.
• Excellent in customer relations and leadership skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and team player approach.
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and support banquet events to ensure smooth and successful operations.
• Serve guests, respond to inquiries, and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Work closely with relevant departments to ensure events are executed efficiently.
• Train and guide casual staff to deliver excellent guest service.
• Ensure compliance hotel F&B service standards and procedures.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and effectively.
• Assist with audio-visual equipment during events.
• Perform banquet and F&B operational duties as assigned by management.
