Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field required or equivalent.
• Experience with Ellucian Banner ERP or similar higher‑ed ERP systems.
• Strong skills in system integration, data extraction, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Banner ERP system, including operations, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Develop integrations between Banner and other apps, create APIs and automated workflows.
• Design reports and dashboards to support management decisions and data governance.
• Collaborate with offices and stakeholders to drive digital transformation and ensure security and data integrity.
