Job summary

PERSOL Hong Kong is seeking a capable Retail Banking Analyst to join a major China banking project. You will analyze system requirements, design test cases, and support UAT to determine optimal process solutions.

You'll collaborate with business units, document defects, and help ensure successful implementation while applying AML and CDD knowledge. Strong Putonghua and written Chinese skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related.
• At least 1 year of relevant banking project experience is preferred.
• Experience with AML and CDD is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in Putonghua and Chinese (written).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and perform Retail Banking system requirement analysis, design and testing.
• Communicate with business units to determine effective solutions.
• Develop testing cases and execute UAT; analyze test results.
• Identify defects, track resolutions, and provide feedback to developers.
• Manage processes to ensure successful project implementation and post-implementation health checks.
