Job summary

PERSOL in Hong Kong is seeking a Retail Banking systems analyst with responsibilities spanning requirement analysis, design, and testing to identify optimal process solutions. You will liaise with business units to ensure efficient outcomes and develop comprehensive testing cases for UAT, then analyze results and report defects for resolution.

The role requires solid communication skills in Putonghua and Chinese writing, and familiarity with Customer Due Diligence, SQL, VBA, and SPSS.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in banking with PM experience is an asset.
• Strong relationship management skills with the drive to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and perform retail banking system requirement analysis, design and testing to determine best process solutions.
• Communicate with business units for effective and efficient solutions.
• Develop testing cases, execute test cases in UAT environment and analyze test results.
• Identify and document defects, track resolutions and provide feedback to development team.
• Manage processes to ensure successful implementation and perform health checks after program implementation.
