Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited is Hong Kong's leading bank and the flagship overseas arm of ICBC. This role focuses on customer service, AML checks, account openings, remittance and banking services, and support for internal reporting and daily operations.

The successful candidate will assist in cross-selling bank products, liaise with customers and departments, and perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Degree or above with relevant banking operations experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to work under pressure.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide sales services to customers including account openings, AML checking, deposit quotation, remittance & banking.
• Coordinate and track internal business reporting of the business unit.
• Cross-sell bank’s customer products to potential customers.
• Act as coordinator for the Department to liaise with customers and other departments in daily operations.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
