Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (ICBC (Asia)) seeks a software developer to participate in end-to-end system implementations for banking projects. You will support and maintain applications while coordinating with IT and business teams on enhancements and development plans.

The role requires 2–4 years in application development, strong JAVA skills (Java EE / Spring / Spring Boot), and solid web/API experience (RESTful API, XML, JSON, HTML5/CSS/JavaScript).

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• 2-4 years relevant working experience in application development.
• Experience in JAVA and knowledge in framework(e.g. Java EE, Spring, Spring Boot).
• Web-based / API-based development (Restful API, XML, JSON, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
• Proficient in Oracle / MySQL database.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
• Experience in banking self service terminal (e.g. ATM, VTM) / FPS will be an advantage.
• Experience in acquiring systems/POS/payment gateway will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full system implementation life cycle (SDLC) for banking projects
• Provide support and maintenance on the applications

• Prepare system specifications and technical documentation
