Qualifications

• University graduate in computer science or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of hands-on system design and development in banking with at least 3 large core projects as Architect/Analyst.
• Familiar with FinTech and AI tech, deep learning models, LLMs, and enterprise AI integration.
• Proficient in JAVA and frameworks (Java EE, Spring, Spring Boot) and web/API development.
• Strong English and Chinese communication; Putonghua preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the application architectural design in the Bank
• Provide insights on AI trends and carry out implementation in the Bank
• Perform software development and testing, system design, and problem solving
• Implement new technologies and develop technical products in major projects
• Define and enforce best practices; develop and maintain framework/standards
• Train and guide junior staff
