Job summary

Manulife John Hancock in Hong Kong is seeking a Bancassurance Product Manager to develop bank-focused insurance propositions and sales tools for banking channels. You will collaborate with bank partners, marketing and product teams to drive launches and growth.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in bancassurance or insurance product marketing, a strong understanding of life products, and the ability to turn features into customer value stories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Insurance or related disciplines.
• 4-7 years of bancassurance or related experience.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and bancassurance distribution.
• Creative mindset to turn product features into compelling value propositions.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain bank-specific product materials, sales tools, customer presentations and marketing collateral to support insurance sales through banking channels.
• Identify and develop innovative, bank-themed insurance propositions to enhance customer engagement and support business growth.
• Conduct market and competitor research to generate new product proposition ideas and improve existing sales solutions.
• Partner closely with bank partners, marketing and product stakeholders to drive product proposition initiatives and product launches.
