Big Bang Academy is seeking a high-impact marketing leader to oversee the Marketing Department for its B2C operations. You will drive customer acquisition, brand expansion, and marketing excellence across markets while ensuring the brand remains aspirational and authentic.

You will act as both architect and executor — crafting strategy, inspiring teams, and delivering measurable outcomes with hands-on involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5–8 years of proven success in B2C marketing leadership, preferably in education, FMCG, or consumer lifestyle sectors.
• Hands-on expertise with digital marketing, CRM, marketing analytics, and marketing automation tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial, ambitious, results-oriented — thrives in a fast-growth, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an integrated B2C Marketing strategy that drives rapid growth, strong retention, and brand excellence
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the Marketing team, cultivating a culture of accountability, agility, and innovation
• Build the function to be data-driven yet creatively bold — combining analytics with storytelling for measurable impact
• Partner closely with Sales to ensure consistency between lead generation, conversion, and customer experience
• Oversee integrated campaigns that balance performance marketing with brand storytelling
• Champion brand consistency across all materials, channels, events, and customer touchpoints
• Manage and optimize paid, owned, and earned media to drive awareness and acquisition
• Lead content marketing and creative direction to elevate Big Bang Academy as a premium education brand
• Own public relations and brand communications, driving positive media visibility, awards, and thought leadership presence
