Job summary

HKEX is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects within the IT Division in Hong Kong. The role focuses on network and infrastructure initiatives, coordinating engineering teams, vendors, and business users to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and with high quality.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years in project management, strong networking knowledge, and experience with PMP/PRINCE2, MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or related field.
• 8+ years in project management or technology delivery within large orgs.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking and infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-team delivery and architectures.
• Familiarity with PMP/PRINCE2, MS Project, Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with scope, milestones, and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mitigate risks to delivery success.
• Understand architectures and dependencies across systems for coordinated execution.
• Plan schedules based on technical dependencies and resource availability.
• Coordinate shared resources across multiple concurrent projects.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships with governance and reporting.
• Promote standardized project management processes and tools.
