AVP - Senior Systems Manager- Infrastructure Critical Services - IT

Partner with the application teams on IT solution configuration and review.

Interact with internal and external parties on planning and execution.

Play a key role in vendor management

Play a role in incident and problem management such as impact assessment, troubleshooting and remediation and prevention.

Understand HKEX compliance and audit requirements and define operation workflows and procedures accordingly.

Develop automation of server operations and compile standardized operation and technical documents.

Collaborate with the Cyber security/infrastructure engineering and project teams to adopt modern technologies, such as multi-cloud and container orchestration, to enhance manageability.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information System or IT related disciplines.

10+ years' experience in IT infrastructure support with at least 3 years at management/supervisory level.

Provide team management and leadership

Manage IT compliance, risks, and issues register

Manage production incidents and problems for critical infrastructure (compute, data storage, and protection)

Extensive hands-on problem solving experience

In-depth knowledge of Linux/Window platform, data storage and protection/or Cloud related solutions

Experience of providing solutions as a subject matter expert (SME) and able to deliver high quality of outcomes

Able to drive the team to improve as a whole.
