Job summary

Maples Group in Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Vice President to lead the Registrar and Transfer Agency Services team. You will oversee a portfolio of clients and ensure timely, accurate share registrar and transfer agency services for onshore and offshore clients.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and deep knowledge of fund structures, FATCA/CRS compliance, and relevant laws. You will represent Maples at industry events and drive collaboration across teams in a dynamic

Qualifications

Detailed understanding of all forms of investment fund structures.
Comprehensive knowledge of local and international laws and regulatory requirements.
Experience managing a team of registrar and transfer agency administrators.
Experience with share registrar and transfer agency software systems.
Thorough understanding of FATCA and CRS regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

Oversee a portfolio of clients and review offering and subscription documents.
Manage client-related administrative functions and liaise with investors, investment managers, directors and lawyers across jurisdictions.
Ensure compliance and risk policies are followed.
