The Maples Group is seeking an accomplished Assistant Vice President to lead our Registrar and Transfer Agency Services team in Hong Kong. You will oversee client portfolios and coordinate with investors, investment managers, and lawyers across jurisdictions.

Ideal candidates will bring extensive experience in registrar and transfer agency operations, regulatory knowledge, and strong leadership. The role offers opportunities to engage with a global client base and key industry events.

Qualifications

• Academic background and 3 years’ relevant investor services experience for investment funds.
• Strong leadership, project management and organisational skills.
• Detailed understanding of investment fund structures and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with registrar and transfer agency software systems.
• Knowledge of FATCA and CRS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team providing registrar and transfer agency services to a portfolio of clients.
• Review offering and subscription documents and liaise with investors and managers.
• Ensure compliance with risk policies and regulatory requirements.
