Job summary

DBS Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a Product Management professional to join the Global Transaction Services syndicate loan agency team. The role supports facility agents, security agents and account banks across RM segments in local and cross-border transactions.

You will work with Legal, Compliance, Product and Operations to onboard transactions, coordinate document execution, strengthen internal controls, and help drive process improvements while maintaining service quality for clients.

Qualifications

• Understanding of loan administration and operations, especially syndicated loans and agency roles.
• Experience with legal documents and high attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and strong initiative.
• Sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks.
• Team player with a strong risk mindset.
• Willingness to attend industry forums and represent DBS.
• Training provided; junior candidates may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new transactions with internal and external parties (Legal, Compliance, Product, Operations).
• Coordinate and file documents to e-storage/SharePoint promptly.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve processes and drive growth while maintaining controls.
• Review service quality and ensure consistency in client delivery.
• Prepare policies, procedures, manuals, checklists, workflows and administration documents.
• Maintain internal control standards and address audit findings.
• Liaise with Legal to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Identify and prevent operational errors that could cause risk.
• Stay updated on industry changes and present to management.
