Job summary

Responsibilities

• Onboard new transactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate document execution and upload to e-storage/SharePoint.
• Improve processes within a risk-controlled framework to drive growth.
• Ensure consistent service delivery to clients.
• Prepare policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Maintain internal control standards and address audit points.
• Liaise with legal to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify and prevent operational errors to avoid losses.
• Stay updated on industry developments and present to management.
