Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance or related disciplines.
• 6+ years OTC dealing experience.
• SFC licenses for Type 1 and Type 2 activities preferred.
• Knowledge of structured products linked to equities, credits, commodities, rates; ISDA docs knowledge.
• Strong communication, analytical, mathematics and problem-solving skills; detail-minded with good organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional investor services to fund managers and investors.
• Match daily transaction records and compile trading reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to research derivative business models and optimize hedging strategies.
• Assist in signing derivatives business agreements and manage transactions with clients.
• Establish operational procedures for new products and upcoming initiatives.
• Coach subordinates on trading product knowledge and system operations.
• Analyze daily processes, identify gaps and define business requirements with internal/external parties.
